* Is ‘Roots & Wings’ vegan?
- Yes, we are a PETA approved vegan brand, completely cruelty free and  environment friendly. We do not use real fur, silk, leather or wool in our making.

* Where can I buy ‘Roots & Wings’ products?

* Where is ‘Roots & Wings’ manufacturing unit?
- Mumbai, India.

* How safe are ‘Roots & Wings’ products?
- Utmost care and love goes into the detailed designing and making of each of our product. We source our raw materials from authentic vendors.

* Does ‘Roots & Wings’ make organic products?
- Yes, at the moment we only have a single line of organic products.
  We are not GOTS certified yet but will be once we fulfil our mission of being all    organic as we grow. We do, however source our organic fabrics from GOTS        certified vendors

* Does ‘Roots & Wings’ believe in zero waste fashion?
- Textile waste contributes to a huge pollution on our planet. We generate little to no textile waste through our manufacturing process.

* Does ‘Roots & Wings’ believe in sustainability?
- We believe in Eco-Fashion which filters the human impact on this planet. It is        our social responsibility to be a part of this sustainable movement. Sustainable fashion is typically more expensive than clothing produced by conventional methods. We use wooden buttons and minimize the use of plastic in the over-all functioning of our manufacturing process.

* Does ‘Roots & Wings’ upcycle and recycle?
- Upcycling makes use of already existing pieces. We upcycle the waste fabrics into beautiful goodies such as quilts, duvets, jewellery and purses. We put in efforts to minimize harm in growth, manufacturing and shipping of the products. We use recycled paper for our hang tags, boxes, shopping bags and invoices. Even our back office writes on papers with pencils so it can be erased and reused to its optimum capacity.

* Can I return my product?
Yes, you can.
- Any product that might be defective can be returned within only 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If you are not satisfied with your product quality in spite of all the love we have put in its making please don’t forget to email to us the reason along with your order no.
- All returned products must have:
- Their original packaging
- Price Tags
- Original Invoice

* Which product cannot be returned?
- Sale Products
- Custom-made Products

* Where and When can I expect a refund for my returned product?
- Your refund will reflect in your account within 2 weeks of us receiving the returned product.

* What can I do if I receive an incorrect product?
-  You will be given 2 choices:
1). To avail the complete refund in your account within 2 weeks of us receiving the wrong product.
2). To receive the correct product. In this case, please send the wrong item back along with the original packaging and tags.
